These terms and conditions apply between you, the User of this Website, and Andrews Recruitment Group Limited, the owner and operator of the ARG Nexus, including all associated sub-domains and proprietary platforms.

RecX Direct is a trading name under Andrews Recruitment Group Limited. It is housed and operates exclusively within the RecXchange portal. By using RecX Direct, you acknowledge that its services are governed by the overarching framework of Andrews Recruitment Group Limited.

Intellectual Property & Acceptable Use

All Content included on the Website — including the isometric SVG illustrations, "Cyber-Nexus" design elements, underlying code, and the logos for ARG, RecXchange, RecX Direct, and IvyLens — is the property of Andrews Recruitment Group Limited or our affiliates.

By using this site, you acknowledge that this Content is protected by copyright, trademarks, and database rights. You may view and retrieve content for personal, non-commercial use only.

You must not reproduce, modify, or distribute any "Nexus" assets without express written permission from Andrews Recruitment Group Limited.

The Nexus is a high-integrity environment. You may not use the Website:

When registering for access to the RecXchange portal or Candidate Cloud, you must ensure all details provided are accurate.

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel registrations immediately if we detect a breach of these terms or a risk to the integrity of our proprietary data.

Availability & Disclaimers

The ARG Nexus and its associated tools (the Service) are provided "as is" and on an "as available" basis.

While we use reasonable endeavours to ensure the Website is secure and optimized for the 2026 growth cycle, we give no warranty that the Service will be free of defects or faults.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Andrews Recruitment Group Limited accepts no liability for:

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.

Third-Party Rights

The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 shall not apply to these terms.

Variations

We reserve the right to alter these terms as our technology stack evolves. Revised terms apply from the date of publication.
