The ARG Nexus
Introduction
These terms and conditions apply between you, the User of this Website, and Andrews Recruitment Group Limited, the owner and operator of the ARG Nexus, including all associated sub-domains and proprietary platforms.
Andrews Recruitment Group Limited operates the following innovation stack. Not every platform in it is owned by the company, and the distinction is set out in section 04:

Independently owned by Tom Andrews and used by ARG under licence.
A trading name of Andrews Recruitment Group Limited.
Note on RecX Direct
RecX Direct is a trading name under Andrews Recruitment Group Limited. It is housed and operates exclusively within the RecXchange portal. By using RecX Direct, you acknowledge that its services are governed by the overarching framework of Andrews Recruitment Group Limited.
Intellectual Property & Acceptable Use
All Content included on the Website, including the isometric SVG illustrations, "Cyber-Nexus" design elements, underlying code, and the logos for ARG, RecXchange and RecX Direct, is the property of Andrews Recruitment Group Limited or our affiliates. IvyLens is excluded from the foregoing and is addressed separately below.
By using this site, you acknowledge that this Content is protected by copyright, trademarks, and database rights. You may view and retrieve content for personal, non-commercial use only.
You must not reproduce, modify, or distribute any "Nexus" assets without express written permission from Andrews Recruitment Group Limited.
Ownership of IvyLens
IvyLens is an independently owned software and intelligence platform created and owned by Tom Andrews. Andrews Recruitment Group Limited is authorised to use IvyLens under licence, but does not acquire any ownership or intellectual property rights in the platform through its use.
All intellectual property rights in IvyLens, including its software, source code, architecture, workflows, methodologies, branding and associated developments, remain with Tom Andrews, aside from third-party components used under separate licence.
Prohibited Use
The Nexus is a high-integrity environment. You may not use the Website:
- In any way which causes damage to the digital infrastructure or interferes with the 'Technical-Commercial' bridge provided to other Users.
- To transmit or store electronic copies of Content protected by copyright without the permission of the owner.
- In any way that is harmful, unlawful, or in breach of English and Welsh law.
Registration & Account Security
When registering for access to the RecXchange portal or Candidate Cloud, you must ensure all details provided are accurate.
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel registrations immediately if we detect a breach of these terms or a risk to the integrity of our proprietary data.
Availability & Disclaimers
The ARG Nexus and its associated tools (the Service) are provided "as is" and on an "as available" basis.
While we use reasonable endeavours to ensure the Website is secure and optimized for the 2026 growth cycle, we give no warranty that the Service will be free of defects or faults.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Andrews Recruitment Group Limited accepts no liability for:
- Business losses, including loss of profits, revenue, or commercial opportunities.
- Loss or corruption of data within the RecXchange or IvyLens environments.
- Any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our 'Nexus' infrastructure.
General
This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 shall not apply to these terms.
We reserve the right to alter these terms as our technology stack evolves. Revised terms apply from the date of publication.
