We are recruiting for an experienced Quarry Manager to lead a busy aggregates operation in the Glasgow area.

This is a key operational leadership position with responsibility for safety, production, people and overall quarry performance.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

• Leading day-to-day quarry operations
• Managing and developing site teams
• Delivering production and operational targets
• Maintaining compliance with Quarry Regulations
• Driving health, safety and environmental standards
• Managing contractors
• Monitoring fixed and mobile plant performance
• Supporting maintenance and shutdown planning
• Managing operational costs and resources
• Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
• Working with commercial, logistics and wider operational teams

What We Are Looking For

You will ideally have experience within quarrying or aggregates and a strong understanding of operational quarry management.
